Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return my order?
Customers may return eligible items up to 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days post-delivery will not be accepted.
How should I package my return?
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging, authenticity certificates, tags and accompanying materials.
Do you provide free returns?
We do not cover the cost for returns if you are exercising your right to return a non-faulty item. The return costs differ depending on your location.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Upon arrival it may take up to 14 working days to process your refund while we inspect the return. Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing the order and may take 3 - 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
