It depends on where you are. For UK orders we have three options with our trusted delivery partner, Royal Mail:
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 24 Hours (Order before 12 noon). £5.50
- Royal mail 48 tracked - 2 Working days (Order before 12 noon). £6.50
- Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery Before 1 pm (Order before 12 noon). £11.50
For other Europe orders, this includes Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain & Sweden:
- Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery (Europe) - 3-5 Working days (Order before 12 noon). £14
For other countries, including Brazil, China, Hong Kong SAR & Japan:
- Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery (Other) - 3-5 Working days. (Order before 12 noon). £25
We allow returns up to 30 days. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
The items must be unused, in the original packaging and including any authenticity certificates, leaflets and wrappings.

2. If we accept the return, we will provide you with a Royal Mail shipping label.
3. Pack the item to be returned - The item must be unused, in the original packaging and including any authenticity certificates, leaflets, hangtags and wrappings.
4. Please post the item(s) to your local post office using the label provided by us.
All measurements are included in the descriptions of our products. We take reasonable efforts to ensure that our measurements are accurate, although these are to be treated as approximate only. Due to this reason, we would recommend that you carry out your own measurements of any laptops, notebooks and other accessories to ensure that the handbag is suitable for you're requirements.
Luxury2you handbags are supplied with a Luxury2you authenticity certificate which means it has been guaranteed by our expert team and is valid lifetime proof of authenticity.
Due to the nature of most our products being pre-loved (Unless stated otherwise) each individual product and its accessories may differ. This includes:
- Straps
- Dustbags
- Boxes
- Care cards
- Internal pouches or pochettes
If you're item includes any of these additional accessories, it will either be:
- Included in any of the product images
AND / OR
2. Outlined in the items description
If it is not included in the product images or outlined in the description, then it will not be included.
You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, including (but not limited to) a defective product, item not matching grading, or wrong delivery, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. This allows us to conduct our investigation process.
We receive new stock weekly. More often than not, we only stock one of each product. Sometimes even rare or limited edition items. So be sure to sign up to our newsletter for our best deals and updates.
