Welcome to Luxury2you. We ask that you please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
Luxury2you is a trading name of Kelsey Darby Mellor. Based in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using the website and therefore agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
All terms outlined in this agreement are applicable to the website, including mobile applications and sub-domains.
These terms and conditions apply between you (The user of this website and mobile application - including any sub-domains) and Luxury2you (The owner and operator of this website and mobile application).
2. DOCUMENTATION & AUTHENTICITY
Luxury2you handbags are supplied with a Luxury2you Authenticity certificate confirming that the item has completed our authentication process prior to being presented for sale. Some handbags may be accompanied by the brand's authenticity card as supplied at the original point of sale.
Luxury2you only offers products that have undergone our authentication process before being listed for sale. We have a strict zero tolerance policy against counterfeit goods and any item that cannot be authenticated to our standards is not offered for sale.

3. CUSTOMS & IMPORT/EXPORT
When shipping outside of the UK you may incur import duties and / or local taxes due to customs or other regulations. It is your own responsibility to check which costs are applicable for your location. Luxury2you is not liable for any charges, including import duties and taxes for returns / repairs.
4. ACCURACY OF CONTENT
All product photographs are of the actual handbag being sold, allowing customers to view the exact condition before purchase.
luxury2you uses its best efforts to keep the information on the Website and Mobile application updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. The information and other dimensions or material published may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The weights & volumes of the products are approximate only.
We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Changes are periodically made to the information on the Site without notice to you. Luxury2you reserves the right to change the Website at any time, in its discretion. Luxury2you does not warrant that the functions contained in the Website or Mobile application will be uninterrupted or error free.
All products are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Whilst we take reasonable care and carry out quality checks to ensure that all the product details, descriptions and images are correct, due to the pre-owned nature of our products, minor signs of wear or imperfections may occasionally be present despite our quality control procedures.

5. PRICING
The price of the products you order is the price that is displayed on the site at the time you confirm the order and will be confirmed on the e-mail confirmation. In the rare event that an error is found in the price of the products, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price or cancelling your order.
6. SALE CONTRACT
No sale contract will exist between you and Luxury2you until Luxury2you dispatches the products. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us. We can only agree to cancel an order prior to dispatch. Luxury2you reserves the right to refuse an order, wholly or partially, in the following cases:
If your billing information is not correct.
If the product is not available.
If your order is flagged up by the security systems as an unusual order or susceptible fraud.
If we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
If we have reason to believe you are under the age of 18.
If your payment is not received timely.
If there was an error in the price quoted.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery restrictions:
Orders cannot be delivered to hotels.
PO boxes and military APO addresses are not accepted.
Whilst we use reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered within the given time frames, it can not be guaranteed. This is a rarity. Although it can happen for unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, customs issues and delays with the courier.
8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG DELIVERY
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged in transit, or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can begin our investigation promptly.

9. COPYRIGHT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
All content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, is the property of Luxury2you. Content includes text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and any other form of information from this site. By continuing to use the website, you acknowledge that such content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting any license or right too use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the website without the prior written permission of the owner.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the website for any of the following purposes:
To reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes.
In any way that can be harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.
Making, transmitting electric content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
11. REGISTRATION
You must ensure the details provided by you upon registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes so that we can update your personal details which ensures that we can communicate with you effectively.
We reserve the right to cancel your registration, suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect for any reasonable reason or if you breach these terms and conditions.
12. PASSWORD AND SECURITY
When you register on this website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone. If we reasonably believe that your account or the website is being misused, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

14. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We allow returns up to 30 days. Returns raised after 30 days post delivery will not be accepted.
In the event of a defective item or wrong delivery, please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we can begin the investigation process promptly. Please see more information in the FAQS below.

For eligible orders, we will provide a prepaid Royal Mail return label. The applicable return postage charge will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
Pack the item to be returned - The items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all authenticity certificates, tags, packaging and accompanying materials.
Please post the item(s) to your local post office using the prepaid label provided by us.

16. AGREEMENT
This agreement does not affect your legal rights.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
